Grades 4-8.
1:30 pm – 3:30 pm. $50.
Max enrollment: 8 students.

An introduction to HTML5’s Canvas element. Learn how to draw and animate using this OP* HTML5 element. We’ll discover drawing and animating primitive shapes, and how to use this knowledge to build basic games like Pong and Breakout in a web browser using Javascript.

Some HTML / Javascript experience (or Python Turtle/Tkinter/PyQt/etc) would be helpful, but it’s not strictly required.
