PyGame is the most popular game development framework for Python. We’ll take advantage of PyGame’s excellent graphics support to develop arcade-style games in Python, including how to implement sprites, collision detection, and even vector mathematics. Possible game models include classics like Asteroids, Space Invaders, Centipede, Flappy Bird, and Defender. Very satisfying! While we will be working in repl.it, we will also learn to set up a Python project in VS Code on students’ own computers.

REQUIREMENTS: some experience with any high-level programming language (Python, Java, Javascript, C#, C++, Swift etc.). You do not need to be an expert! However, this is not an introductory programming course.
